For those who like quick dinners.

Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and slowly add sour cream and one cup of grated cheese.

Prepare the dough, divide it into 5 roughly equal parts, roll it into a pancake in the shape of our lángos and sprinkle the cheese in the middle, finally join the ends to form a classic bun and roll it out again.

Fry in heated oil on each side.When the lángos are nicely browned, pull them out, let them cool and garnish them the way we like it.
