Mug chocolate-cinnamon muffins

ingredients

2 cups semi-coarse flour 3/4 cup cane sugar 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 packet baking powder with cream of tartar Ceylon cinnamon (on the tip of a knife) 2 pk egg 1 cup milk 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 pk vanilla pod-root 75 g dark chocolate

Mug muffin recipe for chocolate and cinnamon lovers.

Mix all the dry ingredients (sifted flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and cinnamon) together.

In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a whisk, add the oil, milk, vanilla marrow and mix with a spoon.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and the chopped chocolate and lightly mix everything together by hand, just to combine the ingredients.

Place the paper cups on the muffin tin and fill them 2/3 full with batter.

5.

Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. After baking, leave to cool briefly on a wire rack, then remove from the tin.
