Mug banana cake with mascarpone cream
ingredients
1 cup plain flour 1 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup lukewarm water 4 pcs egg 1 pk vanilla sugar 1 pk baking powder 4 pcs bananas (larger)

500 g Mascarpone 250 g soft cottage cheese 250 ml 33% whipping cream 1/2 cup powdered sugar

A delicious dessert for the whole family.

Separate egg yolks, add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat until foamy. Add oil, lukewarm water, flour and finally baking powder. Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and lightly fold in the remaining batter. Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the cottage cheese and icing sugar. Fold the whipped cream lightly into the remaining cream.

Pour half of the cream onto the cooled cake and place the sliced bananas on top. Place the remaining cream on top and smooth over the top.

Sprinkle the top with chocolate and confectionery decorations and place in the fridge to set.
