Muffins with the taste of Moravian cakes

2 cups semi-coarse flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1,5 tsp bicarb soda 2 pcs eggs 1 cup cream 1/2 cup melted butter 200 g curd sugar plum jam

Simple cup muffin preparation and yet they taste like Moravian cakes, super breakfast.

Raw ingredients. I put 12% cream, it can be 33%.

In a bowl, mix the bulk ingredients and progressively mix in the eggs, cream and butter. Pour some of the batter into the muffin cups.

Place a spoonful of jam on top of the batter.

Sweeten the cottage cheese with sugar to taste and spoon on the jam.

Pour over the pastry and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 deg. C for 20 minutes. I had 14 muffins.

They really taste like Moravian cakes.
