Muffins with nougat and cherries
ingredients
2 pcs eggs 150 g granulated sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar 10 tbsp oil 150 ml white yoghurt 1 packet baking powder 200 g plain flour sour cherries from the Nugeta compote

The combination of fruit and chocolate is still on the unit:
1.
First, beat the egg whites with the granulated sugar and vanillin sugar. Then add the egg yolks, oil and yoghurt to the whipped cream.

Finally mix in the flour with the baking powder.

Line the muffin tin with paper baskets and pour the batter less than halfway. Then spoon a little nugget and 2-3 cherries into each basket.
4.
Place a little more batter on top, but be careful not to fill them more than 2/3 full. Bake at 200°C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
