Muffins with figs and prosciutto

Christmas Italian style. Prepare a fragrant Italian-style treat at home. Try this tried-and-tested recipe for sweet muffins with figs and prosciutto.

Ingredients:

200 g of plain flour 100 g of olive oil 80 g of flour ./td>

prosciutto crudo 80 g grated pecorino romano cheese (La Formaggeria Gran Moravia) 6 g baking powder 100 ml milk 10 pcs of figs (you can substitute 3 pears) 2 pcs whole eggs pepper salt

Procedure:

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and oil.
  • Stir in the sifted flour and baking powder, followed by the prosciutto crudo and the figs or pear cut into small pieces.
  • Finally, stir in the grated pecorino, season with salt and pepper and fill the muffin tins with the resulting batter.
  • Bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
