Muffins filled with dark chocolate

2 cups semi-coarse flour 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 packet baking powder with cream of tartar 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 cup vegetable oil vanilla flavoring (a few drops) 1 cup milk 2 pcs egg 50 g dark chocolate 78%

Chocolate muffins for young and old alike.

Place the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder) in a bowl and mix together.

Add the eggs, oil, milk and a few drops of vanilla flavouring. Mix everything together.
3.
Place paper cupcakes in a muffin tin and fill 2/3 of the way with batter. Place a square of chocolate in the centre.
4.
Place the muffin tin in an oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for about 20 minutes, or adjust the baking time to suit your oven.
5.
After baking, place the tin on a wire rack and leave the muffins to cool. Enjoy!
