1 pk mozzarella light 1/2 pk smaller iceberg lettuce 6 pk cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup corn 1/4 cup roasted capers/red peppers 1 tbsp white balsamic cream vinegar 1 pinch ground white pepper to taste Himalayan salt

A quick and easy recipe for making a light summer salad.
Tear the mozzarella and iceberg lettuce into smaller pieces, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters, cut the roasted peeled capers into strips, add the white balsamic cream vinegar, pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything well and let stand for a while.
