Chleba stuffed with mozzarella, coated in milk, flour and egg, fried until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Place the sliced mozzarella cheese between two slices of crustless bread (leaving only a small edge free), pressing hard to join the edges if possible
2. Pour the milk into a deeper plate, pour the flour into a second plate and the egg beaten with salt and pepper into a third plate
3. Dip the sandwich briefly in the milk, coat thoroughly in the flour and finally dip in the egg, then fry in a large amount of hot oil until golden brown.
Recommendation:
Serve with chilli or other sauce, but can also be served with a light salad.
