Mozzarella in a Jacket
Mozzarella balls coated in English bacon, briefly fried in oil, served with tomato sauce, garnished with rocket.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Cut the bacon slices in half lengthwise, wrap a ball of mozzarella in each piece of bacon and tie it together with a toothpick to keep it from falling apart
2. Fry the wrapped balls on both sides in heated oil (the oil should be hot and the whole process should take only a short while so that the cheese does not melt)
3. Heat the tomato sauce, pour it over the cheese balls, garnish with rinsed drained arugula and serve immediately.
