1. Moscow borscht is prepared from bone broth and beef. 2. Cut the beetroot, carrots, onions, cabbage into slices, the smoked meat into smaller pieces and the sausages into rings. 3. Cook the beetroot and cabbage separately in the broth from the meat with the addition of butter, tomato puree and vinegar. Then add the Vegetable Recipes, flour and finally sugar, pepper and cook until done. 4. When serving, pieces of smoked meat, sausages, cooked meat are placed on the plate, borsch is poured and cream or green parsley or fresh dill is added on top.
