Mosaic Dumplings

Earth dumplings set with cubes of smoked meat, seasoned with parsley and onion, cooked in water, served best with sauteed cabbage.

Procedure:
1. Cut the bread rolls into cubes, fry them in butter and let them cool
2. Fry the finely chopped onion and parsley in butter, add the prepared buns, fry everything for a while, transfer to a bowl
3. Pour in the flour, stir, pour in the milk in which we have mixed the salt and eggs, let it soak into the cubes of buns for a while, then stir again
4. Finally, stir the diced cooked smoked meat into the mixture, form the dough into round dumplings, squeeze them well in your hands, drop them into boiling salted water and cook for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size
5. Cut the cooked dumplings in half, drizzle with fat and serve with steamed cabbage.
