Stewed pork with sauerkraut and dumplings.

Cut the meat into larger pieces.

Salt, pepper, add caraway seeds and fry, pour water to cover the meat two-thirds of the way and simmer for half an hour.

Then add the chopped onion, water again and put the meat in the oven to simmer until tender.

Serve with braised sauerkraut and potato dumplings.
