500 g semi-coarse flour 250 ml milk 1/2 packet yeast fresh 1 tsp sugar 1 pk egg 125 g melted butter
Filling
500 g cottage cheese 2 pcs egg yolks 2 pcs vanilla sugar´ 1 tsp custard powder or golden cob 200 g icing sugar

Tasty and beautifully fluffy Moravian cakes with cottage cheese filling.
1.
Mix the sourdough starter with the other ingredients for the dough and let it rest in the heat for 25-30minutes

Meanwhile prepare the filling- just mix all the ingredients for the filling together.

Roll out the dough into a 1cm thick sheet cut out larger rounds in the middle with a spoon layer the curd filling and make a hole in the middle to put the jam.
4.
Place in oven at 200c and bake until edges are golden. Enjoy.
