1 kg semi-coarse flour 2 cubes yeast 3 dl oil 2 pcs egg yolk 3 tbsp powdered sugar 6 dl milk 1 pk baking powder 1 tsp salt

1 cup jam flour, sugar, butter for sprinkling

A sourdough classic from Moravia that always comes out and pleases the whole family.

Mix the ingredients and leave to rise for 20 minutes.

Then we make buns, fill with jam and sprinkle with sprinkles.
3.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown at about 200°C or depending on your oven.
