Mooli subzi – white radish in the Indian way

ingredients

800 g white radish 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp romaine 1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp ground coriander 4 cloves garlic 1/3 tbsp ground turmeric 1 tbsp curry pepper 1/4 tbsp chilli powder 1 tbsp fresh ginger 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 dl water salt

1. Peel the radish and cut into small cubes. 2. Fry the romaine and ground coriander in oil for a few seconds 3. Add sliced garlic and 1 Kl of grated fresh ginger. 4. Then add the curry spices, chilli and turmeric. Mix. 5. Next comes the cooked radish, which we roast for 5 minutes. 6. Add the ground coconut, cover with water (1dl), stir and simmer everything for 5 more minutes. Finally, season everything with salt. 7. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
