Monognocchi with garlic spread

200 g cottage cheese lumpy 4 cloves garlic cumin crushed, salt pepper black ground, chili pepper 4 pcs hard-boiled egg 150 g parmesan (grated) 5 tbsp mayonnaise baguette salami dry cucumber salad

Simple recipe for savoury one-pots for the festive season.

Place cottage cheese, grated cheese, mayonnaise, crushed garlic and finely chopped eggs in a bowl. Add salt, cumin, a pinch of black and chili pepper to taste and mix until smooth.

Spread on sliced baguette and garnish with dry salami and sliced cucumber.
