Móčnica with honey
Paste made from coarse flour, butter, milk and honey. Recipe from Haná.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Dry fry the flour, pour milk (or just water), stir well and add salt
2. Stirring constantly, cook the porridge
3. On plates, sweeten the porridge with honey and spread with butter.
Note:
You can also pour diluted jam over the porridge.
