350 g kohlrabi 40 g lard 40 g plain wholemeal flour 2 dl milk to taste salt, parsley, pepper

Cut the kohlrabi and stew. Make a roux with the lard and flour, pour in the milk, boil and add to the kohlrabi. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together. Add milk or water as needed. Season with chopped parsley.
