Mixed chicken and Vegetable Recipes in sweet chilli sauce
Prepped chicken in soy sauce and spicy spices. Then sauteed and prepared with chopped carrots, leeks, onions, capers and zucchini.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Strip the meat of the blanks and cut into noodles
2. Drizzle with oil, add spices (a pinch of chilli and ginger, so be careful) and soy sauce and leave in the fridge overnight
3. Heat oil in a wok, add meat and stir-fry
4. Add rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Stir and sauté again for a while
5. Add the carrots and leeks cut into noodles, onions cut into strips, diced capers and zucchini
6. Salt to taste
7. Then add the chilli sauce and let it cook for about 5 minutes – the Vegetable Recipes must be to taste
8. Finally, add the chopped scallions (white part, keep the green part for the final garnish)
9. Add salt if needed.
Recommendation:
Jasmine or basmati rice is ideal as a side dish.
