Mish mash from the pan

A quick mixture of leftover potatoes, a piece of sausage, scallions, colored peppers and spices.

Ingredients:

250-300 g of boiled potatoes 150 g any sausage 2 pcs variously colored peppers 1 pc pine nuts oil or lard pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Heat the fat in a pan, add the diced onion, sausage and fry
2. Add the diced peppers and potatoes, season with salt and pepper and heat in the pan for a while
