Mint sauce

This sauce is served with mutton.

Ingredients:

4 tbsp water 3 tablespoons chopped fresh peppermint leaves 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar

Procedure:

1. Dissolve sugar in water, add wine vinegar
2. Stir finely chopped peppermint leaves into the brine
3. Refrigerate the sauce and serve with the mutton.
