Recipe for whole wheat homemade mini pizzas made with yogurt-spelt dough. They are tasty and crispy.
1.
Turn on the oven and preheat to 200 °C.
2.
Place the sifted flour, yoghurt and egg in a bowl. Add salt and mix the dough with a fork.
3.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough in a thin layer of approx. 5 mm with a spatula to form small circles.
4.
Brush the edge of each circle all around with oil and pre-bake the dough in the oven for about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven.
5.
Mix the tomato puree or purée with the strained garlic and a few drops of oil, add salt, pepper, oregano and basil and spread the mixture on each circle on the baking sheet.
6.
Choose the topping according to your taste. It can be for example ham, cherry tomatoes combined with mushroom cheese.
7.
Place the pancakes in the oven and bake until crispy, about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
