6 pcs fresh large mushrooms 1 pcs homemade smoked sausage pcs oil spray 2 tsp tomato puree pcs dried oregano pcs ground black pepper 200 g grated mozzarella 200 g grated eidam

Fantastic and quick dinner to please. A great swap from traditional pizza dough for a healthier version 🙂
1.
Wash the mushrooms, pat dry and discard the insides, including the stems. Only the caps will remain.
2.
Spray these with oil spray on both sides.
3.
Pipe each mushroom cap with a thin layer of tomato puree.
4.
Sprinkle all over with dried oregano.
5.
Layer both types of cheese into each sausage patty and sprinkle with sliced sausage slices.
6.
Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper and stack the mini pizzas on it.
7.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
8.
Serve.
