Small, lovely buns with chocolate filling…
1.
Blend the eggs together with the vanillin, granulated sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy. Add the oil and mix again. Combine the flour with the cocoa, baking powder and sift. Progressively add the yoghurt and dry ingredients to the eggs, alternating with the flour mixture, and mix until smooth.
2.
Finally, add the melted chocolate.
3.
Fill a silicone mini muffin tin about 3/4 full with the mixture and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. After baking, let them cool in the tin and take them out after they have cooled down. If the top has grown too much and they don’t stand up straight, you can cut them a little and flatten them with a knife.
4.
Prepare the ganache: put the sweet cream to heat on a plate, add the cooking chocolate and let it melt, stirring constantly (it must not boil). If you use milk or white chocolate, then the ratio is 150g chocolate and 50g cream. Fill the mini bundt cakes with the ganache and leave to set

Good taste!
