Minestrone soup with beans

2 tbsp olive oil 1 pk onion 1 pk carrot 2 cloves garlic 1 pk parsley 2 pk potato 1 tbsp tomato puree 800 ml chicken broth 1 can of sterilized beans 1 handful of sterilized peas to taste salt, ground black pepper
step
1. In a saucepan, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic in hot olive oil. Add the sliced parsley, carrots and diced potatoes. After 2 minutes, add the tomato puree, hot stock and cook the soup over a low heat for about 15 minutes. 2. Drain the beans and peas in a sieve, stir them into the soup and reheat briefly. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
