Minced Veal Noodles

Noodles prepared from freshly ground veal mixed with ham, with an egg and soaked in milk, then squeezed with a roll, finally seasoned with nutmeg and salt, preserved in soup.

Ingredients:

150 g of veal 30 g 20 g of shredded emmental 1/2 pcsone old roll 2 tbsp milk ground nutmeg salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the roll into small cubes and soak in milk, leave to soak for 15 minutes, then squeeze
2. Grind the veal and ham in a meat grinder until fine
3. Mix the minced veal and ham with the squeezed roll, egg, grated cheese, a pinch of ground nutmeg and finally a little salt
