Minced meat with onions, tomatoes and garlic stewed in white wine, served with bread and pepperoni.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel 2 large onions, cut into cubes and fry in oil with the minced meat
2. Then add the tomato paste, ground paprika, dust with flour and mix, then pour in the broth and simmer on low heat under a lid for 15 minutes.
3. After 15 minutes add whole garlic cloves and tomatoes cut into large cubes, two bay leaves, pepper, salt, wine and simmer together under a lid for another 10 minutes
4. In the meantime, prepare small onions, peel them, fry them in butter, cover with water and simmer until almost tender
5. Finally, season the minced meat with lemon juice, parsley and add the chopped onions
6. Serve with bread and pepperoni.
