ingredients
150 g veal 30 g ham 20 g grated cheese 2 KL mash from soaked and floured bun 1 egg to taste salt, nutmeg
procedure
Grind the meat and ham in a grinder. Add the egg and the other ingredients. Work everything out. Cut out gnocchi with a spoon and boil in soup or water for 6 – 8 minutes.
