Minced meat and tomato puree soup

Ground meat fried in butter and onion, covered with water, seasoned with tomato puree and spices, all cooked until the meat is soft, soup finally set with soup noodles and leeks.

Ingredients:

500 g minced meat (pork and beef mixed 1:1). 3 tablespoons of country purée 1 pk onion 1.5 l of water piece of leek butter nudle nudle pepper salt

Procedure:

1. In a saucepan, fry the onion in butter, add the minced meat which we fry, stirring until the pieces of meat begin to separate and no lumps form
2. Pour in water, add tomato paste, salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook until the meat is soft
3. Finally, add the soup noodles and chopped leeks, cook for 5 minutes
4. Serve with bread as a thick snack soup.
