Minced Meat and Potato Salad

A ground beef and potato dish may not be the best food in the world, but it tastes good if you cook it properly, giving it a crispy surface. 1 tbsp butter salt and black pepper

Egg milk

5 dl red milk 3 eggs 1/2 tsp sugar

Peel and dice the onion finely. Put 1 tbsp olive oil, butter and onions in a pan. Sauté the onion until golden brown before adding the minced meat in small pieces. Take the minced meat and add a few minutes of water, it does not need to be cooked all the way through. Season well with salt and pepper.

Peel the potatoes while the onions are frying. Slice into a thin coin. Stir in myös egg milk and season with sugar. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Grease a shallow baking dish and brush with olive oil. Place potato slices on the bottom and then the mince and potato slices to coat. Pour the egg milk on top and press the mince and potato dish very tightly with a spatula.

Bake in a 200°C oven for just over an hour until the potatoes are soft and the surface is nicely brown and crispy. If the minced meat and potato dish is in danger of becoming too brown, place the foil over the dish and finish cooking.
