Minced Beef Stuffing Takos

Another of the meat fillings intended for filling tortillas when making tacos.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. 1. Stir fry the separated granules of meat on high heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to acquire a brownish colour, then turn down the heat, cover the pan with a lid and slowly simmer
3. When the meat releases its juices, let it simmer, stirring frequently, when the meat starts to stick to the pan, set the pan aside
4. Add the red pepper sauce, return to the heat source, cook off what sticks to the bottom of the pan and simmer again, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is cooked off and the meat is a dark, thick but loose paste that we use as a filling for tacos, enchiladas, tostadas …
