Miller’s Soup

An old Czech soup made of beef broth, Vegetable Recipes and mushrooms, set with buckwheat and oat flakes.

Procedure:
1. Dice onion, potatoes, Vegetable Recipes
2. Soak dried mushrooms in water
3. Fry onion and carrot in butter, pour in broth, add diced potatoes, pre-soaked mushrooms, add salt and cook until soft 4. When potatoes are soft, add buckwheat and oatmeal and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes
5. Season the soup with grated garlic and pepper, add salt and serve, sprinkle the soup with chopped parsley on the plate.
