Milky rice with homemade pudding

ingredients

Milk Rice

1 cup round grain rice 1 cup milk 1 cup water 1 pinch salt 2 tbsp sugar

Pudding

1/2 litre milk 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp sugar pinches of ground vanilla

Wash the rice and boil in salted water. Boil for 7-8minutes. Add sweetened milk and continue to cook until soft about 10minutes. Add a little milk as needed. Allow to finish cooking.

Cook the pudding. Mix the starch in 100ml of the milk and pour into the milk, stirring constantly. Cook for 1-2min until thickened.

Mix with rice.

Serve with grano, coconut, fruit.
