Milk soup

ingredients

1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp plain flour 1 litre milk 30 g thin noodles to taste salt 2 pcs egg yolk

step

1.

Make a light roux from the butter and flour, pour in the milk and mix thoroughly. Season with salt, and when the soup boils, boil the noodles in it.

Whisk the egg yolks in a little cold milk, pour into the soup, let it boil and set aside.
