800 g potatoes 1 pk egg 3 pk roll 2 liters milk 4 tbsp vegetable oil 3 tbsp flour to taste salt

1. Rub the boiled potatoes through a sieve, add the egg yolk, the minced or torn soft rolls, flour, salt, foam beaten from the egg white. From the mass thus prepared, with a hand dipped in water, form balls, which are placed in the hot milk. 2. Cook on low heat uncovered for 10-12 minutes. Add salt and vegetable oil before cooking. Serve the soup by placing the balls on a plate, sprinkle with the spinach and pour the soup over them.
