Milk dumplings in foil

Simple unbaked dumplings with cubes of buns, egg yolks and egg white snow. Wrapped in food foil and then cooked.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the rolls into cubes, sprinkle with flour and salt
2. Add lukewarm milk, egg yolks and egg whites beaten until stiff, mix everything well but gently
3. Spread the food foil on the mat
4. Divide the dough into two halves and wrap each half separately in the foil, at least three layers!
5. Tighten well and twist the edges so that they do not unravel
6. Cook slowly for about 28 min
Recommendation:
I used 44 cm wide foil.
