A quick and fantastic dessert full of your favourite chocolate with a refreshing sour cream topping and fresh strawberries.

Drain, wash, drain and cut strawberries in half

Corpus: Melt the chocolate (100g) in a water bath and let it cool slightly.

Mix the softened butter with half of the sugar (100 g), a pinch of salt and add the egg yolks one at a time and finally the melted chocolate. Stir.

Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff and incorporate them into the chocolate mixture alternately with the sifted flour and baking powder.

Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread it out and place it in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes. Let the shell cool completely.

Field: melt the chocolate (100 g) again, and when it cools a little stir in the sour cream.
7.
Spread the oil over the crust, place the strawberry halves on top and chill the dessert in the fridge for an hour.
