Milk chicken soup
ingredients
150 g chicken meat 2 pcs onion 3 tbsp lard 1 tbsp ground paprika 2 dl milk 1 pk broth to taste salt, pepper,
steps
Fry the onion in the lard. Add the diced meat and fry. Season with salt and pepper, add paprika and fry together. Cover with water and simmer until tender. Finally, add the milk and season the soup with pepper.
