Milanese Roast

Baked spit roasts baked together with egg whites and grated cheese.

Ingredients:

400 g of rolls 60 g shredded cheese 50 g oil 20 g smooth flour 2 pcs whites ground black pepper parsley salt water for pouring

Procedure:

1. Slice the grates on the sides, season with salt and pepper and roll in flour
2. Fry the meat in thoroughly hot oil, reduce the heat, cover with water and simmer for a while until tender
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10-15 minutes
6. Garnish each portion with parsley.

Recommendation:

Serve the roast beef sprats prepared in this way with potatoes prepared in various ways.
