Milanese Risotto
One of the variants of risotto preparation.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Saute finely chopped onion in some of the melted butter and stir in finely chopped morels
2. Add the parboiled, rinsed and steamed rice, pour in the wine and simmer until the wine evaporates
3. Season the risotto with saffron and simmer under a lid on low heat until tender
5. Place the risotto on a plate, drizzle with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with grated cheese
