Milanese Pasta Salad with Meat

Italians really know how to make lunch salads! This one is made with cooked pasta, roasted chicken pieces and Vegetable Recipes, served with a yogurt-cream dressing.

Ingredients:

350 g of pasta (rounds) 250 g turkey breast 100 g corn husks 80 g baby carrots 4 pcs tomatoes 1 pcs salad pickles 2 tbsp olive oil ground white pepper ground paprika ground cumin water

salt For dressing: 150 ml of sour cream 3 tbsp white yoghurt 1 tbsp chopped basil 1 pk garlic clove salt

Procedure:

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package so that it is al dente (to the bite), drain and leave to drain
2. Rinse the cleaned turkey meat, pat dry, cut into larger pieces, season with salt, ground pepper, ground paprika, ground cumin and slowly fry in heated oil until golden brown
3. Cut the rinsed tomatoes into pieces, cut the corn, drain the baby carrots and cut the washed cucumbers into rounds
4. In a bowl mix sour cream with white yoghurt, add salt, peeled grated garlic, finely chopped basil, mix well and serve with pasta salad.
