Milanese omelette

to taste egg to taste salt to taste a little milk a little butter to taste macaroni to taste tomato to taste grated parmesan cheese

procedure

Make egg omelettes by breaking whole eggs, whisking them with a little salt and milk or cream, and pouring the mixture thus prepared over the melted butter in the pan. Bake slowly, stirring constantly, and only after it has thickened let it toast like pancakes.

Fill the baked omelette with cooked macaroni, stewed tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese.
