1 kg beef 1 pk onion 5 tbsp oil 20 g plain flour 4 cloves garlic 20 g tomato puree 100 g fresh mushrooms 30 g butter 1 tbsp honey 100 ml red wine 1 tbsp soy sauce 250 ml stock to taste salt, ground black pepper some spring onions for garnish

1. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Coat them lightly in flour and fry them fiercely in hot oil on all sides. Set it aside and fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in the fat. 2. Put the meat back, add the tomato puree and sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, pour in half of the stock and simmer, covered, over a low heat for 90 minutes. Cover with broth while simmering. 3. Uncover the meat, cover with wine and soy sauce and simmer for another 20 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
