500 g Christmas sausage 400 g root Vegetable Recipes 300 g smoked meat 200 g sauerkraut 100 g soft sausage 100 g beans 100 g broad beans 1.5 litres smoked meat stock 5 cloves garlic 1 handful dried mushrooms

Cook the smoked meat, take it out and set aside. Place the cleaned and chopped root Vegetable Recipes, Christmas sausage rounds, garlic, mushrooms, fermented cabbage and pre-soaked pulses into the meat stock.

Once cooked, take out half of the root Vegetable Recipes, blend and put them back into the soup instead of the stock. Simmer briefly. Add the smoked meat, cut into small cubes, and the sausage, browned in oil, to the finished soup.
