Microwave Hot Dog

Thin sausage rolls, wrapped in microtene foil and heated in the microwave.

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 4 pieces oblong rolls 4 pieces thin sausages without casings microtene foil mustard ketchup

Procedure:

1. Cut the individual rolls lengthwise
2. Insert one sausage at a time and wrap each separately in microtene film
3. Place the prepared Hot Dogs on a plate in the microwave and heat for 1 minute at full power
4. Serve seasoned with mustard or ketchup, as desired.

Recommendation:

The rolls can be brushed with a little butter on the inside to give them a milder flavour.
