Mexican Salad with Guacamole

Salad of boiled potatoes, tomatoes, chilli, peppers and guacamole sauce, sprinkled with coriander leaves, garnished with lemon.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the sliced potatoes in salted water until tender and drain them
2. Prepare the avocado mixture; slice the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, mash with a fork, add olive oil, lemon juice, peeled, grated garlic clove, peeled, finely chopped onion and mix well
3. Separately mix the washed, sliced tomatoes with the cleaned, finely chopped chilli pepper, cleaned, chopped peppers, add the cooled sliced potatoes and mix lightly
4. Spread the avocado mixture (guacamole sauce) over the salad, sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves, salt and pepper to taste, garnish with lemon marigolds and serve.
