600 g plain flour 250 g margarine for baking 250 g powdered sugar 2 pk egg ground cinnamon 2 tbsp milk 440 g plum jam

Knead all the ingredients into a dough which you divide into two parts, I usually make one part bigger and one part smaller.
2.
Roll out the larger part to the size of a baking sheet-classic size, place on parchment paper.
3.
Spread plum jam on the dough and use the second part of the dough to make a lattice on top.
4.
Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, everyone knows their oven, and when the dough is pink, it’s done.
