2 pcs triangular cheese 1 tbsp butter 1 pcs onion 1/2 litre water 1 ham to taste salt to taste pepper
procedure
1. Start by finely chopping the onion (save the spinach for the final garnish). Put the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions in it. When the onions are golden, add two triangles of cheese. Only when the cheese has melted can we add water. 2. Mix the cheese in the water, add salt and pepper. Using a fork, thicken the soup with one beaten egg. After a minute of cooking, you can turn the soup off, meanwhile, chop the reserved onion and ham for garnish and seasoning. Enjoy!
