ingredients

1 liter milk 500 ml water 50 g butter 100 g coarse flour 1 pk egg to taste salt

procedure

1. Put the milk and water on to boil. 2. Prepare a dough from the flour and egg, crumble it between your fingers and boil it in the soup. Salt and boil. 3. Finally, add the butter.
